FAQ's - Using This Site

General Information: 
1. This website is best viewed on Internet Explorer 7 and above, Google Chrome 4 and above, Safari 5 and above, Mozilla Firefox 3 and above.
2. You need an active internet connection in order to use this website

Q: I cannot sign into my profile; I have forgotten my password:
A: Click on Sign In Help and select “I have forgotten my password” and complete the required information. The system will send an email to the email address that you registered with, containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This email is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.

Q: I submitted the forgotten password process, but I received an email to say that my email address is not recognised:
A: The system cannot find a registered profile with your email address. Please submit the “I have forgotten my email address” under Sign In Help. An email will be sent to us notifying us of your query. 

Q: I cannot sign into my profile; I have forgotten the email address I registered with or the security question/answer I registered with: 
A: Click on Sign In Help, select “I have forgotten my email” or “I have forgotten the answer to my security question” and complete the required information. An email will be sent to us notifying us of your query. 

Q: I am trying to register a new profile and the system says that my email address already exists:
A: If you have forgotten your password, please click on "I have forgotten my password" in Sign In Help or if you are still unsure then please click on “I have forgotten my email”. An email will be sent to us notifying us of your query.

Q: I no longer have access to my email address I registered with:
A: Please click on Sign In Help and select “I have forgotten my email” and in the 'Other Identifying Information' question of the form, provide your new email address. An email will be sent to us notifying us of your query. 

What to do if I get error messages?
1. Ensure that all required fields have been completed and are in the correct format. 
2. Please refresh your computer or please try the process on another computer
